Bollywood Big B Amitabh Bachchan, 69, tweeted today wishing good health to his friend and southern super star Rajanikanth on his 62nd birthday.

In his inimitable style and in all humility, Amitabh wished him saying, “it is Happy Birthday for Rajinikanth...friend and colleague and a humble gentleman, despite his immense following and cult iconic figure.”

Amitabh Bachchan and Rajani, who are no doubt living legends, acted together in hit films like Andhaa Kanoon, Geraftaar and Hum.

“Happy birthday Rajni! Wishing you good health and many more achievements in life...happiness and prosperity always,” Amitabh said in his post.

Amitabh Bachchan and Rajanikanth are very good friends and when Rajani was hospitalized with respiratory infection and gastro-intestinal problems in May last, the former expressed anxiety and looked concerned.   (JUBS)
