Hyderabad city has witnessed kidnap of two children in the last 24 hours making the police wake up and take notice of the ever increasing crime graph.
An unidentified gang today kidnapped a 3 year old girl at Gudimalkapur and the police have launched a hunt for the kidnappers. Navya went to a temple along with her 5-year old brother this morning when she was kidnapped.
Reports said that an elderly woman lured the girl and forcibly took her away at the temple. The issue came to light when her brother went home and reported the matter to the parents. The parents immediately contacted the police.
The incident comes a day after a 2-year old boy was kidnapped at Salivahana Nagar at Malakpet on Thursday. The boy was traced at Mulugu in Warangal district later in the evening and police rushed to the village and brought the boy back and handed him over to the parents. Police have arrested one person in this connection. (JUBS)
