Jagan loyalists meet in his absence

MLAs owing allegiance to the YSR Congress party today met at the party chief YS Jaganmohan reddy’s residence in Hyderabad and discussed the strategy to be adopted in the ensuing assembly session.

Jagan didn’t attend the meeting as he was touring in Guntur district for Odarpu Yatra. Jagan’s mother and Pulivendula MLA Ms. YS Vijayamma also didn’t turn up for the meeting.

Sources claimed that MLAs B. Srinivasa reddy, P.S. Bose, Konda Surekha, Adinarayana reddy, Gurnatha reddy, K.Ramachandra reddy, Sobha Nagi reddy, Amarnath reddy, Sucharita, Chennakesava reddy, Balaraju, M.Chandrasekhara reddy, G. Babu Rao, Prasada Raju, Dr. Ravi, D. Krishna Das, Sivaprasada Reddy, P. Ramakrishna reddy, K.Rambhupal reddy, D. Chandrasekhar and MP Mr M. Rajamohan reddy attended the meeting.

Reports however said 8 MLAs have absented from the meeting showing some personal reasons. Jayasudha, Alla Nani, Srinivasulu, Balanagi reddy, Sesha reddy and Mr Srikanth reddy who has been on an US tour didn’t make it to the meeting.

The meeting details are not yet leaked to the media. Some of the MLAs who attended the meeting had openly claimed earlier that they would not vote against the Government in the event of a no-confidence motion being introduced by the TDP in the winter session of assembly. (JUBS)
