Raju brothers walk out of jail

Former Satyam Computers Chairman B. Ramalinga Raju, the main accused in the Rs.14,000 Cr accounting fraud case, his brother B. Rama Raju and former finance manager of the company Mr Vadlamani Srinivas walked out of the Chanchalguda jail this evening.

The Supreme Court on Friday granted them conditional bail on furnishing a surety of Rs.2 lakh each and directing them to cooperate fully with the trial court in Hyderabad.

The family members and lawyers of Raju and others submitted the sureties to the special CBI court at Nampally in Hyderabad. Later, special judge Mr Nagamaruthi Sarma ordered the Chanchalguda jail authorities to release them immediately.
