KCR threatens to drag Chandrababu to court

babuTRS president Mr K. Chandrasekhara rao today threatened to drag the TDP president Mr Chandrababu Naidu to a court of law for allegations made against him with regard to the Polavaram tenders.

Addressing a press conference at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad, he said the allegations made against him by the TDP leaders and the Namaste Telangana daily had no basis at all. “I will file a suit for damages for the baseless allegations and also drag them to the people’s court if they don’t withdraw the allegations,” warned KCR.

Observing that he doesn’t know even how to file tenders for a project, KCR said several sons of Telangana had invested in Namaste Telangana daily and they might be having several other businesses.

“Just because of that, I can’t be blamed,” said KCR. “Chandrababu has called me Vasul Raja but how is he running his party? Is he managing his party affairs with his own money?” KCR asked.

KCR clarified that he has invested Rs.55 lakh in Namaste Telangana and it is open secret. He also said that he has two acres of land and a house each in Hyderabad and Karimnagar. “I don’t have any illegal properties.
