YSR Congress party leaders Gattu Ramachandra Rao and Sobha Nagi reddy today questioned the motive of TV 9 Telugu news channel in reportedly telecasting false news stories about the mansion of his party leader YS Jaganmohan reddy in Jubilee Hills of Hyderabad.

Addressing a media conference, the YSR congress leaders asked the channel to prove its story in which it said that the Lotus Ponds residence of Jagan contained 70 rooms, a bar and a swimming pool.

“The channel said that the CBI also found foreign liquor bottles in the mansion which is not true at all,” they said and asked the channel management to prove its allegations. “If you prove the allegations, the mansion will be handed over to you,” Ramachandra rao and Sobha Nagi reddy challenged the channel. “Or else, you should publicly convey your apologies to Jagan.”

They said they are ready to show the mansion to Eenadu Ramoji Rao, ABN Andhra Jyothy MD Mr Radha Krishna and TV 9 Ravi Prakash to prove the allegations wrong.

“Ravi Prakash worked for a monthly salary of Rs.4000 in Suprabhatam magazine in 1995 and Radha Krishna worked for Rs.7000 per month before Andhra Jyothy daily was closed.  How come they became big people? And Ramoji built a bullet proof house in the Ramoji Film city. When such people built such houses, what is the wrong if Jagan built a house?” they asked.
