Hundreds of activists belonging to the JAC of Telangana People’s organizations today laid a siege to the house of the Telangana Political JAC convener Prof Kodanda Ram at Taranaka in Hyderabad.

They raised slogans against Kodanda ram and described him as another Chenna Reddy for Telangana. The people’s JAC leader Mr Gajjela Kantham demanded Kodanda Ram to reveal whey had gone to Delhi without being invited by the Congress leadership or the Centre for discussions on Telangana.

He also asked Kodanda Ram and others to reveal the reasons for sudden withdrawal of strike soon after return from the Delhi trip. Kantham said that the political JAC leaders had called off the strike after getting financial packages from the Delhi leaders.

Protesting against the allegations, the TRS and political JAC leaders who were present at the house of Kodanda Ram also raised slogans against the JAC of the people’s organizations resulting in tension for a while.

Police later took Kantham and others into custody.
