Telangana congress MP Mr K. Kesava Rao today warned the state and central governments that the Telangana agitation was on the verge of taking the shape of a revolution and asked Delhi to act on the formation of T state immediately to avoid such a development.

Speaking to media persons at the Alai and Balai programme organized by the BJP leader Bandaru Dattatreya at the Necklace road today, Kesava Rao said that even God also can’t stop the creation of Telangana state.

Kesava Rao said there is no single leader behind the Telangana agitation as all the Telangana people are running the agitation now. “If all of us move forward, we are bound to achieve Telangana state,” he said.

Revealing he had informed the Prime Minister that the situation may go out of control if no immediate decision is taken on the issue, Kesava rao said the issue must be given top priority by the Centre.

Telangana people have a different culture and the culture would be protected through the formation of separate state only, he said. The programme was also attended by the Telangana Praja Front president Mr Gaddar, Veteran folklore writer and singer Goreti Venkanna and Mr Swami Goud, convener of the JAC of Telangana Employees’ associations.
