Mega star Chiranjeevi’s son and Tollywood star Mr Ram Charan Teja today attended a CBI questioning session in response to a notice in the APIIC-Emaar land scam.
Ram Charan bought a plot of 1545 square yards, B-30, in the Emaar Hills Township in Hyderabad along with several other business and Tollywood personalities. CBI served notices on them asking them to explain the payment details in black and white for purchasing the plots and the payment mode and bank details.
Ram Charan attended the CBI questioning attended by his maternal uncle and producer Mr Allu Aravind. However, Aravind was not allowed inside when the hero’s statement was recorded.
Former Cricket Association official Mr Chamundeswari Nath, Nagarjuna Fertilizers director Mr Prasad Raju and the representatives of Trendset Builders and EK Enterprises are among those who attended the CBI questioning session today at the Dilkusha Guest house beside Raj Bhavan.
