In a sudden spurt of the diarrhea disease, 50 persons of Nakkapalli village in Visakhapatnam district were hospitalized today forcing the officials of the medical and health department to open a special camp in the village.

In the first bout, 20 persons complained of vomiting and continuous motions and all of them were taken to nearby hospitals. By midday, more persons complained of the disease and were taken to different hospitals situated in and around agency area.

With season changing and rains lashing the agency areas, people of several villages have been complaining of diarrhea for the last one month.
