26 Cong MLAs quit in support of Jagan

26MLAs26 congress MLAs owing allegiance to the YSR Congress party led by YS Jaganmohan reddy, today submitted their resignations to the Assembly Secretary Mr Sadaram. 

The MLAs at a meeting on Sunday decided to quit both assembly and the congress party protesting against the reported inclusion of the name of the late chief minister YSR in the FIR filed against Jagan in the alleged illegal wealth case.

The Congress MLAs who have resigned are: Mr Adinarayana reddy from Jammalamadugu, Mr Amarnath reddy from Rajampeta, Mr Srinivasulu from Koduru, Mr Alla Nani from Eluru, Mr Gurunath Reddy from Ananthapuram, Mr. B. Srinivasa Reddy from Ongole, Mr P. Subhashchandra bose form Ramachandrapuram, Mr Sivaprasada reddy from Darsi, Mr Dharmana Krishna Das from Narsanna peta, Mr G. Babu Rao from Payakarao Pet, Mr Chennakesava Reddy from Emmiganur, Mr K. Ramachandra Reddy from Rayadurgam, Ms. K.Bharathi from Tekkali, Mr M. Chandrasekhara Reddy from Udayagiri, Mr M.Prasada Raju from Narsapuram, Mr N.Sesha Reddy from Anaparthy, Mr Bala Raju from  Polavaram, Mr Ravi from Putalapattu, Mr Chnadrasekhar Reddy from  Kakinada, Ms.Sucharitha from Prattipadu, Mr G. Srikanth Reddy from Rayachoti, Mr K. Rambhupal Reddy from Panyam, Mr P.Ramakrishna Reddy from Macherla, Konda Surekha from Parakala, Ms Jayasudha from Secunderabad and Ms Kunja Satyavathi from Bhadrachalam. 

Out of the 26 congress MLAs, the last three had already resigned a few days back but their resignations have been rejected by the Speaker. They said they would meet the Speaker and request him to accept their resignations.

TDP rebel MLAs Mr Nallapureddy Pradanna Kumar Reddy of Kovuru and Mr Balanagireddy of Mantralayam and PRP MLA Ms. Sobha Nagi Reddy from Allagadda have also quit their assembly membership in support of Jagan.

Two Congress MPs quit

Two congress MPs, Mr Mekapati Rajamonhan Reddy from Nellore and Mr Sabbam Hari from Anakapalli have also sent their quit letters to the Lok Sabha Speaker thought fax today in support of Jagan. These two MPs are also opposing the name of late YSR in the FIR lodged against Jagan.
