Azad to discuss T with SA leaders next

5ttUnion Minister and in charge of the congress affairs in AP Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad completed the second round of discussions on the T issue with the Telangana congress leaders in Delhi today and said he would try to complete the process in two months to find a solution.

“My next talks would be with the congress leaders of the Seema Andhra areas in August,” he told news persons, adding that the Seema Andhra leaders were asked to form delegations of 12 members each like the T congress leaders.

“I will try to bring about unanimity among the congress leaders of the three regions before the end of the monsoon session of parliament,” said Azad.

Meanwhile, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana also said in Hyderabad that he had asked the congress leaders of the Seema Andhra areas to finalize the teams that would be meeting Azad for talks on the issue of Telangana.

Kavuri reaffirms stand

MP Kavuri Sambasiva rao told media persons in Hyderabad after meeting the PCC chief that Hyderabad would not be accepted as common state capital. “We will ask the Centre to keep the state united,” he said and added that a solution could be found to the Telangana issue through talks.
