The officials are making critical examination of the documents submitted by the companies to know whether they have invested in Jagan companies after getting the SEZ lands allotted by the then government or prior to the allotment of lands.
The CBI, armed with an order from the state high court, has served notices to 19 companies till now and most of the companies have already submitted their explanations to the officials.
The investigating CBI team, which is working meticulously in collecting the information, has got the details of allotment of lands to various companies in the name of SEZs and industrial zones to compare them with the details submitted by the companies.
