
TRS president K. Chandrasekhara Rao drove to the residence of Minister K. Jana Reddy in Hyderabad today and discussed the Telangana issue.
Reports said that KCR, accompanied by party MLAs Harish Rao, Etela Rajender and Peddapally congress MP Mr Vivek and others visited Jana Reddy in the evening and advised him to suggest to his colleagues, party MLAs, MLCs and MPs to resign in order to put pressure on the party high command in favour of declaring Telangana.
KCR reportedly told him that he would take upon himself the responsibility of ensuring their victory in the elections in case they resign and contest again for the sake of Telangana. “Please ensure that your colleagues don’t go back on the commitment to quit their posts for achieving the Telangana state,” KCR advised Jana Reddy
