Rajani can play kho-kho, kabaddi!

Rajani can play kho-kho, kabaddi! Here is a great revelation about the childhood of super star Rajanikanth. Rajani as a primary school student used to play kho-kho and kabaddi excellently.

Agamacharya Somasundara Dixit, Rajanikanth’s classmate from class 1 to 7 and the present chief priest at the Gavi Gangadhara temple in Gavipuram, Bangalore, says that his childhood friend and now the super star was an excellent player of kabaddi and kho-kho. “He won several prizes for these two games in our school days,” he said nostalgically.

Dixit, who was a good friend and class mate of Rajani in the Gavipuram Primary School, performed special pujas in the temple Friday evening and sought fast recovery of the super star who was undergoing treatment for infections in a hospital in Chennai.

They studied together in the school in the 1960s but primary school no longer existed now.

Dixit said that Rajani was also a brilliant student in those days and they used to share the Prasadam together in the temple. “My father was a priest in those days and he used give Prasadams to both of us,” Dixit said proudly memorizing his childhood days. “The superstar faced lot of difficulties in those days,” he said.

Rajani calls him midnight

Agamacharya said that Rajanikanth did not forget him even after becoming a superstar and was still showing the same love and affection towards him as he once did in his school days.

“Whenever he is in Bangalore, he visits me without fail and calls me in the dead of the night to avoid media attention.
Mruthunjaya puja

Agamacharya said that he conducted ‘Mruthunjaya puja’ at the Gavi Gangadhara temple seeking the God’s blessings to ensure speedy recovery for Rajani and see that he will have a long and healthy life.

Rajanikanth fans too attended the Puja in large numbers and sought the God’s intervention for the good health of the super star.
