As the andhrawishesh.com has reported in its Hot Buzz column on Thursday, TDP is all set to join hands together with the congress party in the legislative council election from the Kadapa district to defeat the candidate of the former Kadapa MP Mr YS Jaganmohan reddy.
This has become clear today when the chief minister Kirankumar reddy announced in a media conference that he has no enmity with the TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu and would not mind seeking the support of any political party for winning the council election.
“We have no enmity with the TDP chief. The TDP has no strength in the Kadapa district and our aim is to win the election to the legislative council from the district,” the CM said. “The TDP is not contesting there.”
Kiran said the congress leadership in the state will seek the votes of any party to ensure the victory of its candidates in the legislative council elections and there is no wrong in it.
In reply to a question, the CM ruled out the possibility of the president’s rule in the state and asserted that his government would continue till the 2014 elections. “In the 2014 elections also, the congress will come to power,” he said.
