Festival Fervor in the State

All Churches are decorated and people believe in Christian faith hanged stars over their houses indicating the birth of Jesus. Prayers are going on with devotion.  As Christmas is the main festival of Christians the churches are thronged by them clad in new clothes and wishing each other merry Christmas.  Famous churches at Hyderabad, Medak, Vijayawada and Vizag and other places are filled with joyous crowds.

Christmas Holiday also made all Hindu temples crowded in the State along with Christian Churches.

Bhadrachalam, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Annavaram, Simhachalam and other temples are thronged by Hindu devotees as it is a holiday.  It is customary to Hindu devotees to visit temples on holidays and also on the New Year January 1.

It proves that sharing of happiness is beyond a religious boundary.
