It is really heart touching news for the Fashion Police co-hosts fans out there. Kelly Osborne has had a fall from a high bed while asleep and has fractured her left hand. But the solace is she is just recovering post treatment. Because earlier the original cast was giving her much pain.

Kelly, who has been left with a permanent 'thumbs up' gesture while in the cast, followed it some hours later by writing on twitter: `Thumbs up!!! My dad took me back 2 the hospital 2 get my hand re-casted he even picked the color! Feeling much better!!’

The star is fairly incapacitated as a result of the injury, she admitted. `I'm left handed so my mum has to brush my hair & cut my food 4 me I feel like a baby again. Of course my mum is loving it!’ she continued. `The worst part is I permanently look like I'm giving everyone the thumbs up because of the way it's casted.’

Early this week she tweeted: `I must be the most accident prone/stupid person in the world I fell out my bed while sleeping last night & fractured my hand in 3 places.’ She added, `I'm staying in a hotel and the bed is so tall i must have dropped about 4 1/2 feet!’
