Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh [RSS] today filed a complaint against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi for his remarks on Mahatma Gandhi assassination at First Class Magistrate Court in Bhiwandi.

Seecretary of the RSS unit at Bhiwandi, near Thane, Rajesh Kunte filed this complaint and said that the remarks have defamed the organization and sought action against the Congress VP. “His allegations have farmed RSS and these are made purely for political gains,” said Rajesh.

On March 6, 2014, addressing a massive rally at Bhiwandi, Rahul Gandhi accused that RSS men killed Mahatma Gandhi.

This complaint will come to hearing on March 27.
