Modi calls Nido death "National Shame"

Bharatiya Janata Party Prime Ministerial candidate and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has termed North East student Nido Taniam death as "National Shame" at a rally in Manipur. As part of campaign for the upcoming general elections 2014, Narendra Modi who is touring the North East states held his first meeting at Imphal the capital of  Manipur and tried to attract the crowd.

Mr. Modi slammed Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh for ignoring the North East states development who represents from Assam state to Rajya Sabha. He also promised employment for the North East youth, if BJP is voted in Power.

The eight North East states are always under the control of Congress party and BJP members hardly represent in the respective houses. Mr. Modi has made all attempts to woo the crowd but don't know whether it convert into votes.

Narendra Modi will fly to Assam later in the day and will address a huge rally at Guwahati.
