The report says that the Indian National Congress President Sonia Gandhi has wealth to the tune of $ 2 billion. The report of Huffingtonpost world did not reveal the method of reckoning the wealth of the political leaders and how there are compared to a make a list of that sort.
Congress party rejected the report of huffingtonpost world. As per the nomination filed by Sonia Gandhi in 2009, her net worth was Rs.1.38 crores. She doesn’t own a house or a car in India. She has only an ancestral house in Italy.
The huffington post world has given a footnote to the report "Sonia Gandhi and the former emir of Qatar Hamid bin Khalifa al-Thani have been removed from this list. Gandhi was originally included based on a listing on a third party site which was subsequently called into question.
