My enemy's enemy is my friend: Yeddyurappa

There has been a long standing question whether BS Yeddyurappa would use the new party and its power to team up with Congress to completely out do BJP and the man himself gave a pretty straightforward answer to the same. Yes.

This alliance with congress is expected to be a debilitating move on the BJP side which already lost a major vote bank without its former strongman in the party. The effect could be witnessed in the cming Assembly elections clearly.

In a campaign in Gulbarga on Friday, he announced that he would join hands with congress wherever KJP doesn't secure a majority. He also added that there was no point in providing support to BJP or JDS since they back-stabbed him earlier.

However, he also clarified that the alliance is strictly after the local body elections. He directly said something on the lines of "My enemy's enemy is my friend" when he said he would join hands with anyone who is against BJP.

"Our common enemies are the BJP and JD(S). To defeat both these parties, we have to support the Congress. If the Congress falls short of majority, KJP will definitely support the Congress," a KJP supporter said dropping the big bomb onto BJP.
