Congress MP, Rahul Gandhi will campaign for Congress today in Gujarat for the first time. It is known that elections in Gujarat are round the corner and prime minister Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi have already took out election campaign in that state. Now, it's the turn of yuva netha to attract the people of Modi run state.

As per the schedule, Rahul Gandhi will address public in rallies at Ahmedabad and Jamnagar of Saurashtra region. Congress, notably, has been out of power for over twenty years in Gujarat and sources said Congress was expecting yuva netha could attract the people. Anyway, for Congress and its followers, today is a big day.

If buzz is to be believed, Rahul Gandhi is likely to get a key post in the centre soon while Congress loyalists wanted him to become the prime minister in case UPA retains its power in 2014.
