It is already known that Arvind Kejriwal, the founding member of Aam Aadmi party has alleged that the Ambanis had illegal accounts stashing several crores in Swiss Banks earlier but the RIL has refuted the facts as baseless allegations earlier. He made a sensation at the Times of India Literary Carnival when he revealed their “alleged” Swiss accounts numbers from HSBC bank.

“After the Ambanis had not confessed that they had accounts in the Swiss banks, I have no choice but to reveal them” he said before he read out the numbers to the crowd in the hall, “5090160983 and 5090160984, HSBC Bank," he said.

However, the spokesperson for Anil Ambani was quick enough to call it a baseless allegation restating that they had no bank account with HSBC in Geneva. They also targeted Kejriwal accusing him of slander for his personal interests.

A Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) spokesperson for Mukesh Ambani had just stated the same statement issued back in November, which held that he had no such illegal accounts.
