A 16 year old teen girl belonging to Assam was raped by  four men who had earlier duped her by promising a job from a placement agency in west Delhi. She was confined in a house for several days and then coerced into drinking alcohol. She was then raped by the accused.

The owners of the placement agency were arrested, identified as Naval Kishore and Shabina after registering a case of rape, illegal confinement and criminal intimidation. The other accused Imran, Lalu and Mithun are absconding.

The victim had come to the placement agency once earlier two years ago but since she could find no job she had returned to the same agency. She had come back to the city in June and had worked in Rohini. She had visited the placement agency then after which Imran had directed her to go to another placement agency in Khayala by the end of August.

When the girl went to the agency office on 25 August she spoke to Kishore and Sabina who later forcefully confined her in a shabby, small room as four men raped her repeatedly.

On Monday she had managed to escape the place and spent the night at the railway station after notifying her relatives and proceeded to the police station to record her statement. She was sent for medical statement and sent to a rehab home later.
