Only a day after the Naxal attacks yesterday, two other jawans from CRPF had lost their lives after a landmine had exploded in Bijapur district on Tuesday.

On Monday, a CRPF jawan was killed and at least 5 others were critically wounded after a mine-protected vehicle was blown in Dantewada district.
The mine-proof vehicle was completely damaged in the explosion. It has been suspected that Improvised Explosive Devises (IEDs) might have been used in the explosion after hiding them under the roads and the unsuspecting vehicles might have tripped over them, a senior officer said.
