Talwars to attend 3 courts on Aarushi's murder case

The parents of the assassinated teenager Aarushi, Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar will appear in three different courts on Wednesday in connection with Aarushi-Hemraj murder case. It may be noted that Aarushi was found with her throat slit at Talwar’s residence four years ago on the same day. The very next day her domestic help of Talwar’s Hemraj was found dead in suspicious circumstances at Talwar’s residence in Noida.

Since the opposition parties cried foul over the name sake interrogation in the twin murder case, the case was handed over to the CBI by the then UP Government. Rajesh-Nupur, who are dentists by profession, will first appear before the Sessions Court in Ghaziabad on Wednesday. Later, Nupur Talwar will appear before the Allahabad over her bail petition. It is known that Nupur has been in Dasna jail for the past two weeks and the court posted the hearing of bail petition of Nupur Talwar to May 16.

After that the couple will appear before the Supreme Court where their review petition for quashing trial court’s order will come for hearing. Meanwhile, the sources said Nupur Talwar started penning down a book the murder of her daughter.   (Phani)
