Former Tamil Nadu chief minister M. Karunanidhi said on Wednesday that his daughter Ms. Kanimozhi was jailed under false allegations and the CBI was trying to prove false charges speculated by the media in the 2G Spectrum case.Soon after returning to Chennai from Delhi where he met his daughter in the Tihar jail, Karunanidhi said that Kanimozhi was jailed under inhuman conditions and her health was in bad shape.
“My daughter and Kalaingnar TV MD Mr Sharad Kumar have developed boils all over the body due to the oppressive heat,” said the DMK patriarch feeling sad about his daughter’s health. The charges are totally false and the DMK will face the situation legally, he said.
